Client Responsibilities

Successful engagements depend on clear communication and cooperation between Englewood Associates, Inc. and our clients.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and timely information, documentation, access, approvals, and other materials reasonably necessary to perform the agreed-upon services.

Timely responses, feedback, and availability for scheduled meetings help us keep projects moving efficiently.

Quality Assurance

Englewood Associates, Inc. is committed to providing professional, high-quality consulting services.

We review our work throughout each engagement and communicate with clients to ensure that services and deliverables remain aligned with the agreed-upon scope and objectives.

When revisions are included within the agreed scope of work, we will work with the client to address reasonable changes and feedback.

Changes and Revisions

We understand that business needs and project requirements may evolve during an engagement.

If a client requests changes outside the original scope of work, Englewood Associates, Inc. will review the requested changes and, when appropriate, provide an updated scope, timeline, and/or cost estimate before proceeding.

Additional work may require additional fees and additional time.

Payment and Invoicing

Payment terms, fees, and applicable schedules will be communicated and agreed upon before services begin.

Clients are responsible for making payments according to the terms of their applicable agreement, invoice, or statement of work.

Questions or concerns regarding an invoice should be communicated to Englewood Associates, Inc. promptly so they can be reviewed and addressed.
